Day One

Today is my first day on the other side. After grocery shopping my roommate came home to make my first official meal as a vegetarian. Gardin Chicken, Penne Pasta, and a chee-z sauce along with home-made focaccia bread.
The recipe for the sauce was
- lime juice
- avocado
- water
- nutritional yeast
- miso
- almond milk
- oregano
- basil
- pepper
- Dijon mustard
as you can tell it was a little bit of collaboration but actually ended up tasting quite good. The homemade focaccia bread was especially delicious.
The recipe for the bread was
- flour
- warm water
- yeast
- olive oil
- rosemary
- salt (to taste)
*then bake til golden brown.
